Privacy Policy — Hivora

Last updated: 8 October 2026

What Hivora is

Hivora is a field notebook for beekeepers. It keeps your apiaries, hives, queens, inspections, treatments, feeding, honey takes and reminders. It has no account, no sign-in and no server, and it works without an internet connection.

What stays on your device

Everything you enter is stored only on this iPhone, in the app's private storage. Hivora does not send it to anyone and cannot read it back from anywhere else.

What Hivora does not do

Hivora does not connect to the internet, show advertising, sell anything, use analytics or follow you across other apps and websites. It collects no data about you.

Reminders

The first time you switch on a reminder, Hivora asks for permission to show notifications. Reminders are scheduled on this iPhone only. You can switch them off in the app or in iOS Settings at any time.

Exports

An export creates a CSV file of your entries on this iPhone and opens the iOS share sheet. You choose where the file goes. Hivora does not upload it.

Deleting your data

Reset all data in Settings deletes every apiary, hive, entry, reminder and setting that Hivora stores on this iPhone. Deleting the app removes the same data.

Children

Hivora does not collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears in the app and on its public page, with a new date.
